The 2023 Audi Q5 is a very advanced premium SUV that benefits from all of the latest technologies in terms of comfort and safety. Here are a few of them.

Audi Pre Sense

Like every new Audi model, the 2023 Q5 comes standard with the Audi pre sense technology. This system uses a variety of sensors and algorithms to determine when a collision is likely to happen. This gives the Q5 time to prepare its cabin in order to offer the optimal level of protection for the occupants by closing the windows and pre-tensioning the seat belts. The basic system monitors the area in front of the vehicle, but higher trim levels can also look for potential dangers from the rear.

Lots of heated and cooled elements

The 2023 Audi Q5 is equipped with a number of features that are designed to keep you comfortable no matter how cold or hot it gets outside. This is why items such as heated front and rear seats, a heated steering wheel, and ventilated front seats are available on the Q5. In addition, the top-of-the-line Technik model benefits from heated and cooled cup holders in the front that can manage the temperature of your drinks. This means that your coffee stays hot during your entire drive in the winter and your water bottle is always refreshingly cool during the summer.

Side Assist with Exit Warning

The 2023 Audi Q5 comes standard with the blind spot monitoring system which Audi calls Side Assist. This technology uses sensors mounted in the rear quarter panels to detect vehicles that could be in the driver’s blind spot. This allows the Q5 to emit a warning if the driver attempts to change lanes while another vehicle is in the way. Something that is less common is that those same sensors are also used by the Exit Warning system, a technology that makes parking on the side of the road safer by monitoring passing vehicles and cyclists before one of the doors is about to be opened.
