Is Audi Finance providing payment deferrals to Lease and Finance Customers?

Yes, depending on each Customer's situation, we will provide up to 90-day deferrals.

Where can Customers call or email to request a payment deferral?

Customers can call the Customer Care Department at 1-888-412-2834 or email: info@audifinance.ca. If the matter is not urgent, Customer can access their account information online - so we can help those most in need.

How can Customers access their account online?


Customers can access their account through My Account to manage their account 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Can a Customer request a payment deferral through My Account?

No, the Customer should email their request to Customer Care.

Will the Customer be charged a deferral payment fee?

There is no deferral fee, however, interest continues to accrue on Finance contracts.

Will a payment deferral affect the Customer's Credit Rating?

No.

How can I reach the Lease Department if the lines are busy?


Audi Finance is seeing much higher-than-normal call volumes. As a result, you may experience technical issues with our  (888) 412-2834 toll-free line. Audi Finance is working diligently to answer all calls, so if you are not able to get through the first time, please try the number again. Audi Finance is available to assist you Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-6:00 pm ET. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If your Lease has matured, or will mature in the next few weeks, and are unable to return their vehicle due to COVID-19 concerns, or due to reduced Dealership operating hours, what options do you have?

Audi Finance is contacting these Customers and advising they may keep their vehicle up to April 30th, 2020, at no extra charge. Customers will also be advised of their requirement to maintain valid insurance and excess kilometre charges, if applicable, will apply. Please note, we will not assess any over term charges, on matured leases, after March 19th, 2020.

Do I still need to have their vehicle inspected prior to Lease End?


No. AutoVIN inspections have been postponed. A post return inspection will be completed to determine any excess wear or mileage charges.
